Don't Shut the Briefcase!

Don't Threaten the Prospect as the Sale is Finalized
If you are in the presence of the prospect and consummating the sale requires the completion of some paperwork, keep this in mind. As you are going through the process of finalizing the sale, make sure that you leave your briefcase open with the paperwork in it. Shutting your briefcase only threatens the prospect.
