Keep in mind, at the same time you are qualifying your customers or prospects, they are evaluating their options, too. Their thinking, in their mind:
- Do they want to deal with you?
- Are you prepared and professional?
- Do you know what you are talking about?
- Do you know and understand their business?
- What can they learn from you?
