90 Day Account Plan

Account planning is great. Most of us do it annually. I would like you to do it in ninety-day chunks.

Figure out the two or three things that you want to do to increase the effectiveness of the relationship and how to go deeper and wider within your accounts. Break them into ninety-day goals. Ninety-day goals are attainable and keep your goals to two-four or five not thirty or forty you will never do any of them. Four or under is a perfect number every ninety days.

You will look back in a year from now you will realize that you have got twelve to fifteen new items that you have achieved to increase the effectiveness of your relationship with existing customers.
